Position Description

The mission of the account manager is to help our dealers improve their sales and operational efficiency by fully utilizing the capabilities of the DealersLink Software suite.

Position Responsibilities

– Become a trusted consultant the dealer and their staff depend on for great guidance

– Analyze dealership performance and develop action plans to improve it

– Conduct on-boarding and training with dealership management

– Run weekly consulting sessions with dealership management

– Build management book to 100+ dealership accounts

– Conduct 4-6 phone consulting and training sessions per day

– Deliver DealersLink best practice consulting to dealers

– Develop long-term dealer relationships

– Travel 8-10 days a month to deliver in store trainings and consulting

– 40 hour work week

Position Requirements

– Three+ years experience account managing/consulting automotive dealers on software products involving sales or internet departments.

– Two+ years experience as a franchise dealership Sales Manager / Internet Manager /General Manager

– Strong computer, mobile and technical skills

– Must have ability to travel by vehicle throughout the New England region and ability to fly to outside locations as needed.

Technical Integration Support Engineer

Dealerslink is looking for high skilled, detail oriented, personable techies with great attitudes to work on our integration and support team. An Integration Support Engineer must be a multi-tasking master with an obsession for problem solving. We hire heavily on stellar can solve anything attitudes with a warm customer friendly edge.

The mission of the Integrations Engineer is to provide efficient and rapid integrations and solution support to Dealerslink’s 1000’s of members. We service many of the premier automotive dealerships in the country. Our solutions require us to integrate with over 300 providers including many fortune 500 companies like Ford, GM, Toyota, ADP, Cars.com and Autotrader.com.

Job duties include:
• Inbound customer support.
• Support ticketing and work order management.
• Setting up data imports and exports.
• Troubleshooting faulty integration connections.
• Assisting in dealer training initiatives.
• Consulting with dealers to optimize performance.
• Fielding support calls.
• Providing internal tech support.
• Communicating and assisting sales and consulting teams.
• Establishing new integrations with outside providers.

All tools and training necessary for the job will be provided. We are looking for individuals with backgrounds in networking, systems integrations, tech support and server administration. Automotive industry experience and programming experience a plus.

Dealerslink is looking for a new member to its consulting team. This is an entry level consulting position.

Key Roles:
• Develop and manage long-term client relationships.
• Run account retention and follow up processes.
• Train dealership personnel on all aspects of the application.
• Provide industry leading consulting services to auto dealers.
• Support Senior Dealer Consultant personnel.
• Analyze accounts for performance trends.
• Audit account usage trends.

Sales Executive

We are looking for highly skilled, experienced and results-oriented sales professionals. Our headquarters are in Denver, Colorado. We are looking to both grow our headquarters sales team in Denver and recruit field reps in select regions. These positions are for those who are independent, self-motivated, and seeking a large territory.

The mission of the Regional Sales Rep is rapid growth and development of our network of automotive dealers.

Job duties include:
• Developing and executing of a monthly sales plan.
• Developing and managing long term relationships with dealers.
• Ongoing development of personal skills in sales and service.
• Rapidly building our network of dealers and allied businesses within the automotive industry.

This position affords a lot of autonomy and the opportunity to develop major new sales regions for Dealerslink. The majority of time will be spent in the field, meeting with prospects and existing clients and identifying opportunities for channel partners in the industry. Extensive automotive experience is required and pre-existing contacts in the industry are a huge advantage.

Job qualifications include:

Senior Level Developer

Major duties and responsibilities:

As a senior member of the Dealerslink Development team you’ll participate in the evolution of our SaaS products by generating API services self-contained and modular. You will work together with UI developers to field client requests, interact with our DB, and return JSON.

All tools and training necessary for the job will be provided. You will work with a small dev team in our Broomfield office. Flexible hours and work from home options are possible after 6-12 months.

Trading Desk Manager

We are seeking candidates with an exceptional eye for detail to manage Dealerslink’s robust Trading Desk. Dealerslink Trading Desk Managers are the back bone of the Dealerslink Network. They ensure that Dealerslink’s virtual marketplace is complimented by exceptional customer service so that no transaction is overlooked, and no customer support issue slips through the cracks.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry. A strong background in automotive wholesaling or auction management is extremely desirable. All Candidates must share our no excuses philosophy on complete customer satisfaction.
